In September we set out to create the coolest and most engaging candidate forum possible — and we succeeded, if we do say so ourselves. Spokane's Spiciest challenged Spokane City Council candidates to answer increasingly spicy questions while eating increasingly spicy food created by local chef Tony Brown.
