Voters in the Sixth Legislative District will have the chance to elect an entirely new pair of representatives after both respective incumbents — Mike Volz and Jenny Graham — decided not to run for reelection.
Three candidates are vying to fill the open seat representing the rural region: Republican Jonathan Bingle, who was endorsed by the outgoing Graham, Democrat Julia Payne and Independent Aaron Croft.
We invited all three candidates to respond to our questionnaire. Payne responded to every question, Croft responded to most and Bingle to none.
